Ad #45
This ad shows the products versatility, easiness to use, as well as convenient it is. The spot also uses multiple camera angles to show the product being used in multiple situations and how it can fit into tight spaces. This commercial made me want to buy this tool for my father because I know it would be useful to him and the fact that it was cordless would make it easier for him to move around while working.
Ad #44
This ad is effective in the sense that it gets the viewers attention as well as explains that the product is juicy but still hard at the same time. These ads are a part of a series of campaigns that are absurd but funny but still incorporate the actual product. I also noticed that the person holding the product is wearing a dark color which makes the product stand out.
Ad #43
Although these models eyelashes look amazing, in small print at the bottom it says "enhanced with eyelash inserts." This does not make me want to buy this product because I do not want to wear false eyelashes and that is why I am buying mascara. This ad is not effective because it does not show what the product actually does.
Ad #42
This ad highlights the nutritional food PetCo carries and that the animals like the food. The ad also includes the catch phrase "PetCo where the Pets go" and whenever you think about buying something for your pet, why not go "where the pets go?"
Ad #41
This ad uses cute children, a catch phrase and displays the name of the restaurant in red and yellow which catches the viewers eye as well as attention. The "yum" being repeated places the idea that their food is yummy and is making me hungry while I am thinking about it. This ad is effective because it is definitely effected me right now.
Ad #40
This ad shows that Swiffer works so well that it even picks up mud. This ad personifies mud as a hard to get woman who is easily picked up by Swiffer products. This commercial makes me want to buy this product because I have dogs that always track in mud from outside and I have a hard time cleaning it up. This ad makes me want to purchase Swiffer to pick up the mud that is present in my home.
Ad #39
This is a seasonal ad that appears in the fall and geared towards baseball players. I remember this ad from my childhood and it also incorporates a jingle and tag line. This ad is memorable and sticks with you.
